Today was the second last day of soccer for this term. On reflection, signing Natalie (and later Lauren) up for soccer over the two years has been really fun and beneficial to our family. Not only do the girls learn a team sport, but it's a consistent way for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors together. We hope to get Ashley into a class next term, too.

Kiangsu Chekiang Primary School Sports Day
On Tuesday, Natalie's school hosted "Sports Day" at the Wanchai Sports ground for all primary school students. It's a fun day for the kids who enjoyed being outside, cheering their friends on, and buying snacks together at the tuck shop. Natalie enjoyed having Ba-ba bring her to the event and take her to lunch after, too. See Video 718 of Natalie's whole-class relay race.

Wisely Kindergarten Field Trip
Lauren and Ashley attended their school field trips yesterday. Ashley had half a day at Kam Tim park with her mommy in Yuen Long, while Lauren enjoyed the park and then had lunch and picked strawberries and radishes at another park with Ba-ba.

Home in the Mornings
A benefit of taking the day off work is getting to spend time with the munchkins in the morning, especially as I usually miss seeing Lauren and Ashley in their uniforms. This morning, we did some coloring, I played with the camera (a bit over or under-exposed for some shots), before I kissed them, wished them a good day, and put them on the bus.
Natalie's School Assessment
Natalie and I took the day off from school / work today to attend an assessment at another school we're exploring. Natalie was in good spirits in the car and helped me to look after my camera, even taking her first picture of me while in the elevator. Good luck, Nat!

Wisely Open School Day
While Clark took Natalie to soccer, Tracy took Lauren and Ashley to their open school day on Saturday. We had a great time participating in the planned activities and meeting with the teachers there.
