Happy Chinese New Year!

Chinese New Year has come and passed and we had such a wonderful and memorable time with family.  Thanks to Por-por and Gong-gong for coming all the way to Hong Kong for our Tong reunion and to Carol and the boys for coming from Taipei.  We really treasure these moments together!  We wish everyone a very happy, prosperous and healthy year of the monkey :)

Chinese New Years eve family time

Presents, cousin sleep-overs, bus rides, treats at the flower market, zoological park, brunch at Fairwood and lots of fun and food and family time = an awesome time before Chinese New Years!  Carol yee-yee arrives tomorrow -- can't wait for the real zoo to begin :)  Happy Chinese New Years, everyone!!

Lauren draws Ashley

Lauren really enjoys drawing people now and it's super cute.  Recently, she drew two pictures of Ashley -- one in cold weather and one in hot.  I love it.

Tong Party in Taipei!

We had a really lovely trip to Taipei together with all the Tongs including Por-por and Gong-gong and Lisa yee-yee and uncle Dennis and all 7 grand kids -- it was a Tong party at Carol yee-yee's!  We ate a lot, played alot, and didn't sleep as much as we should have -- all in all, a successful trip. Thanks Carol and Dave for having us over and see you next week!
