Kids cooked breakfast for mommy

This morning, the girls all cooked breakfast for me.  Lauren cracked the eggs and cut the ham; Ashley mixed the eggs and pepper; and Natalie cut the butter and fried everything together for me.  What a lovely way to start the day :)

Soccer!

Lots and lots of soccer this term!  The girls all enjoy playing and we spend 2 hours every Saturday morning on the field.

March before Easter break

The most notable thing about March is that we've been so busy we haven't really had a chance to update this blog.  So below are some highlights, including: Lauren is really learning to read now thanks to the help from her tutor Jasmine and Enopi (Eye Level); Ashley is still attached to her blue blanket and her plant from school is growing really well; Natalie has been mostly coughing and with fever (missed 3 weeks of school); and we've spent a lot of time with friends including SJ and MK, and Scarlett and Altheya.

Dumpling party!

We had a dumpling party with a few friends where everyone wrapped and made their own dumplings before cooking them and eating them.  Ingredients included pork, chicken, cabbage, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, mushroom, corn and truffles -- yummy!
