Back to Life; Back to Reality -- Hong Kong!

There's been jet-lag, school starting, and me starting work -- this post is a mega catch-up from the past few weeks since returning to HK.  We've done a lot including lantern-making, Ocean Park, pretty orange dresses (thanks Li Meng and Mae!), visiting friends, American club, school uniforms, sunglasses, cookies, at the park and more.

Sun, Swim and BBQ!

This past weekend Lauren and Ashley joined me for a BBQ up at Jeff's place (thanks Jeff). The weather was awesome, the food delicious, and the kids had an AWESOME time playing in the pool! (Natalie was at tutoring).

With jet-lag, getting ready for school, finishing dissertation and getting ready for work, it's been a busy last few weeks so behind on postings.  Here are the last photos and videos from our amazing time in Canada.  It was wonderful spending so much time with family.  We loved it.  Can't wait for next year!

Video 628 - Ashley throwing a tantrum.  So funny that she can throw little tantrums (and big ones, too).  It's tough being a toddler.

Video 629 - Another Ashley tantrum -- this time throwing herself face down on the floor (standard operation).  All the cousins know that when she gets like this, give Ashley her "blankie" or "pei pei" and she will touch it and stick her thumb in her mouth and be calmer.
